The book "Stars and Grounds of the Cossack Revolution. History of Triumphs and Defeats" will try to answer all the questions that reflect the content of the development and decline of the Cossack Revolution of the middle of the 17th century. What happened as a result of all the revolutionary movements, heroic self-sacrifices and frenzies of the most base manifestations of human nature that raged in Ukraine? Or all public and state institutions were demolished by the revolutionary element or was it able to create something of its own instead, fundamentally different from what it was genetically disposed against? What was the Ukrainian state born in the cycle of changes of the early modern times, and is it worth the trials, feats and sacrifices brought by the Ukrainian people to the altar of the revolution?
