This is a piece of a Russian Mi-24 helicopter that tried to attack Ukraine, but was shot down by the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Now it's a military trophy, which helps raise money for Ukrainian defenders. All profits (except for the needs of production, delivery, and operation of the store - about 15%) go to the purchase of trucks for the Armed Forces.
Pickup trucks help military units to be mobile and to transport wounded soldiers. Cars are consumables, so new ones are constantly needed.
