Return conditions:
On the basis of the Law on the Protection of Consumer Rights and Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 dated 19.03.1994 (Appendix No. 3 - list of goods), all perfumery and cosmetic products are included in the list of good quality goods that cannot be returned (exchanged) to the store.
Our employees carefully check all goods for their integrity and expiration dates before sending them.
Replacement of defective goods
If a manufacturing defect of the product is detected (for example, the atomizer does not work, the bottle is damaged), we will definitely exchange it for a good quality product. All other issues related to exchange/return are agreed separately by agreement of the parties individually.
