Perga (bee bread) is made by bees from flower pollen (bee pollen) which they bring to the hive and put in perga honeycomb. Then they add to the pollen honey and their enzymes, a reaction of lactic acid fermentation begins and the pollen turns into perga. Perga contains proteins, 16 amino acids, carbohydrates, enzymes, vitamins, mineral substances, water, wax, lipids, hormones.
Prophylactics or alleviation of diseases of nervous, endocrine, immune, cardiovascular, urogenital systems and gastrointestinal tract. It has antioxidant, anti-microbe, choleretic, diuretic and hepatoprotective action. It contributes to strengthening of the immunity, increases tonus and physical endurance of the organism. It is used at pregnancy, in after-birth period for increase of lactation. It is recommended to children for prophylactics of cold and infectious diseases, improvement of work of gastrointestinal tract and decrease in tiredness.
