The jam is brewed on the old Ukrainian recipe adopted in a modern way from the natural ingredients only. Prepared the same way as in ancient times.
Ingredients: elderberry flowers, walnuts, natural honey, salt (salt is added just to stabilize the flavor and it does not make the jam salty)
