The book contains the Latin text of the Constitution of 1710. and the Old Ukrainian version of the document. In the design of the publication, original elements of the book decor of the 15th-16th centuries, a facsimile of the signature of Pylyp Orlyk, as well as the seal of the Zaporizhzhya Army, the state seal of the Hetman region of 1918 by H. Narbut, and the icon on the back of the titles by the engraver L. Tarasevich were used in the design of the publication. The different wooden cover is wrapped in Italian leather using traditional vintage techniques. For the design of the book, brass plates were used, the picture on which was made by the etching method.
