Blocking and deleting a profile
We really want Made With Bravery to have a friendly and comfortable atmosphere for all users and to support it and resolve disputes, we have implemented the rules of Made With Bravery :-)

What is deactivation? In this case, all your products will be unavailable until the account is reactivated. But you can successfully continue to communicate with other users and buy on Made With Bravery.
- The seller does not accept returns (if required by law). In this case, we deactivate the seller's profile before resolving the issue with the buyer, and in the event of a repeated similar request from buyers, we will be forced to deactivate such a seller forever.
- If the product does not match the description (size, condition, color, brand, defects not specified in the description for things that were in use, etc.), we deactivate the seller's profile to resolve the issue with the buyer, and in case of repeated similar appeal from buyers , we will be forced to deactivate such a seller forever.
- Also, deactivation of the profile is waiting for sellers who have less than UAH 1. on the account.
What is a lock? In this case, only messages are available to the user. Note that a blocked user cannot start a new conversation. It is possible only to continue any correspondence. Any user can continue to correspond with the blocked, but can not write him a new message. The blocked user does not have all the products in the profile available. They are not deleted and will be active after unlocking the profile.
