Who pays for shipping?
Payment for the delivery of the order is made by the Buyer.
When placing an order, the cost of delivery will be added to the cost of the product, which is calculated automatically (for the correct calculation of the cost of delivery, the exact dimensions must be specified in the product card).
Since the Buyer pays for the order and delivery through the marketplace in accordance with the Made With Bravery Marketplace Order Payment Rules (https://shop.brave.ua/uk/page/rules-secure-payment-orders-bravery), the money for delivery will be transferred To the seller. Therefore, the Seller must pay for delivery when sending the goods by post.
When does the seller get paid for the order?
If the goods are in stock, then within 3 days after the Seller brings the goods to the department for dispatch.If the product is made to order, then within 3 days after the Buyer accepts the order.
Who pays for the return shipping if the package is returned?
In the case of returning the order, you need to familiarize yourself with the delivery conditions specified in the Seller's Store or directly in the description of the Item or clarify the conditions with the Seller. As a rule, the Buyer pays for the delivery. For this, the Buyer needs to write to the Seller in the chat and agree on the address to which the parcel should be returned.
How long is the parcel kept in the branch?
On average, one month after receipt at the branch (in each country, the individual period of free storage with a list can be found here). After the end of the free storage period, the parcel is automatically returned to the address from which the shipment was made.
Is it possible to withdraw the package earlier than 30 days?
Yes, it is possible, provided the shipment has not yet left Ukraine. You need to write a return application at a Ukrposhta branch (costs $2 at the NBU exchange rate), or fill out an application online (free of charge during martial law in Ukraine).
Does the Buyer pay additional customs fees when receiving the parcel?
Yes, in some cases, additional customs fees may be payable, the Buyer will see a warning about the possibility of paying additional customs fees when placing an order.
